Mukesh Kumar, resident of Darbhanga district, has been running a fast food stall in Sitamarhi for many years. Mukesh mainly makes another chicken roll. Although they also have veg rolls available, the biggest sellers are egg and chicken rolls. Mukesh makes rolls with great love and feeds them to people. This is the reason why a crowd of youth starts gathering at his stall in the evening. Mukesh told that the ingredients remain traditional and the method of preparation is also common. However, some homemade masala is used in it, which enhances the taste of the roll. This is the reason why 250 eggs and chicken rolls are sold every day.
Serves chicken roll to customers for Rs 80
Mukesh Kumar, a resident of Darbhanga district, told Local 18 that first of all he prepares half-baked roti from flour and wheat flour. After this, the roti is roasted on the pan with refined oil. Eggs are mixed with garam masala, garlic, onion, salt etc. and put on baked roti. Prepare salad of beetroot, cabbage, capsicum, ginger etc. and put it on the prepared roll. Chilli sauce and tomato sauce are added to it and served to the customer. Mukesh Kumar told Local 18 that he makes two egg rolls and gives them to the customers. For this we charge Rs 50 from the customers. When customers express their desire to eat chicken roll, they are charged Rs 80.
